Robert oversees delivery of the high-performance solutions clients need to help them meet today’s complex energy and other facilities challenges. By assembling teams with the training and expertise required for successful project delivery, he ensures that client’s piping systems consistently satisfy overall design specifications, while enabling optimum performance levels. In addition, he works with Gowan Mechanical Services’ pipe fabrication operation to coordinate component delivery with jobsite needs, keeping projects on schedule and on budget for maximum client satisfaction.
Piping Construction Services Industry Expertise
Robert has nearly 25 years of industry experience. After stints with various local contractors, he joined Gowan Mechanical Services in 1998 as a pipefitter. He then worked his way up through foreman and project manager positions before taking his current post.
During his tenure with Gowan Mechanical Services, he has worked on research, healthcare, commercial, manufacturing, utility, transportation, and many other types of facilities. He has also overseen pipefitting in many of Gowan Mechanical Services’ largest and most complex undertakings, including the $20.5-million Feigin Center expansion and the $26-million UTMB Galveston National Laboratory Stage 11B project.
Robert is a graduate of Bethel Christian Academy and a member of the United Association of Plumbers and Pipefitters, Local # 211. He also served as a carpenter/mason in the U.S. Army.
